Hair loss after chemo has finished
Hi, I finished chemo 4 weeks ago and have just had a double mastectomy with reconstruction on Tuesday but I seem to still be losing hair especially eyebrows and eyelashes. Has anyone experienced this?...
I lost the very last of my eyelashes about 4 weeks after chemo. Remember it remains in your body for around 3 weeks anyway. You'll find your eyelid will get itchy in a few weeks then wham a whole lot of eyelashes will reappear all at once.
