Hi Deanne,if I'm really honest here(!) I have to say that my hair was probably this colour before,but because I coloured it,I don't really know how much grey there was!I used to worry about the day that I no longer wanted to colour my hair,and how I would grow it out!A little girl that lived with us last year,always used to say,"Robyn,you've got regrowth" I am determined not to colour it again,so as I won't have that problem ever!!My finger nails were discoloured,but they are starting to look a lot better:) Cheers Robynxox
