I remember asking my oncologist could I colour my hair (it was only about an inch long & very curly at the time !!) she looked up at my hair & then back & said you might want to wait a bit.........so your hairdresser can get hold of it ! I went back to dyeing it probably eight months after I finished chemo & have never looked back or doubted my decision, & have never had a reaction to any dyes.
