GRATEful for GREAT Service

We are often quick to complain about poor service, but not always quick to praise great service ... service where someone goes over and above what you would normally expect. 

I had a problem with my breast prosthesis that I had only had for six months and went back to the Michelle-Ann store in Mornington today. 

Michelle and the staff could not have been more helpful.  From my initial prosthesis fitting last year, to the follow-up help today, they have all been fantastic and made me feel really comfortable.  They are located at 147 Main Street in Mornington (Vic) and their number is 03 5975 3649. I was also able to buy some really nice bathers at their store and a prosthetic swim form.  AND .... they also have a completely private fitting room area especially for us gals that are minus one or two.  GREAT service!
