I'm feeling optimistic about the oncs. My GP referred me to the surgeon as she thought he was not only good but that he was good with patients. I absolutely agree with her - he's caring but tells it straight which I appreciate. I'm assuming that these doctors he's referring me on to are ones that he is happy with so, at this stage anyway, I'm feeling positive. Love the dog analogy @Afraser
