Good news - as SoldierCrab says, your team will soon be very familiar and that's usually a good thing too. It is important that you have a good relationship with them, but sometimes it takes a couple of meetings to sort your own feelings out. I felt my oncologist was very honest from the start (OK, brutally frank!) and I liked that but also felt he might be a bit cold. I wasn't looking for a gushy person but a bit human. 2nd visit I felt fully reassured and have been very happy with him for five years - honest, frank, takes time to explain and discuss (robust discussions very occasionally!), funny when you get to know him. They aren't really sure what you are looking for either, so it's a bit like two dogs sniffing nether parts at the beginning!! But in the event of not getting on, it may be better to try someone new than try and work with someone where the relationship doesn't work.. Most professionals are just that - and are pretty good about adapting to the patient. Best wishes.
