- AineGMemberHi Barney74 I did Zoldex for a year before opting for ovary removal. yes, each one Zolodex & Exemestane are $38 each on the PBS.
If you opt for the Aromasin Brand most chemists charge a little more (mine charges $42) but the generic Exemestanes work just as well.
Good luck - Barney74MemberThanks ladies
I looked up pricing both are $38 so im looking at nearly $80 which i bloody hope not .
Im spoeaking to hospital tomorrow . - lgray3911MemberI just started this treatment today. My Zoladex injection was free because I got it the same time I had my herceptin infusion and the tablets cost we $43. Will let you know how I go
- LMK74Member@Barney74, I am on zoladex injections monthly since February and recently started on Arimidex. The silver lining as far as zoladex goes is no periods( yay). I had got flushes in the beginning but have eased dramatically. That may change now I'm on Arimidex. Same price as other prescriptions.

There are lots of posts on these names. I think @melclarity has been on Aromasin
As to Goserelin (Zoladex) it is a slow release injection. I had 26 altogether over 2 years -one every 4 weeks
