Hi @Collpepsi, I also went cold turkey with HRT following my diagnosis 12 months ago. My cancer was 100% receptive to both ER and PR. I've been on Arimidex for 11 months and also feel my symptoms are easing. Before taking HRT I was getting lots of flushes both day and night. Now I get the occasional one during the day, just my face. Of course! It couldn't be somewhere hidden could it! Like Brenda, I do the blanket flip a couple of times during the night but it doesn't really interrupt my sleep. Not looking forward to summer tho! Hope you get some relief soon. Jane xx
