My cocktail is taxotere & herceptin every 21 days. This is the same for the 6 rounds. I was HER2+ which is why I will be having the herceptin for 1 year. So it will be a different mixture than yours. You could try the ice pack & you'll look like a blue smurf each time, but it may help with the hair loss if you're really concerned.
You're so lucky to have understanding employers that will work with you while your unwell.
