My new eyelashes became apparent, though tiny, the day my last old eyelash fell out! Was very good to see indeed as I had not quite finished chemo. I started on Femara after chemo but it didn't affect my hair for a long time, if at all. I got an apparent change in my normal hair shedding pattern about a year after my hair had all grown back but it settled within about three months and has remained stable for over two years. It may have been Femara related, but also may be affected by age and long term chemo affects.
