hi julia, i say look up info on ginko online.
it is an interesting tree, with moss like shaped leaves and an old tree in evolutionary terms i think.

i have some ongoing cognitive issues since chemotherapy many years ago, and induced chemical menopause at 42. i am now 55. i would not mind trying it myself....
sounds ok to me..what do you think??
you could try it for a while, then stop if it disagrees with you.
