Thanks Marls - thats really helpful - and I will definitely start on the moisturing soon. Everything moves just so quickly doesn't it ! Its good to receive a recommendation anyway - the morning does seem the sensible choice, except that I am pretty useless in the morning, and I doubt very much I could get myself as well as my two girls moving early ! Good luck to you for the rest of your treatment - hope everything goes well.
