Sorry to hear you are having a hard time of it.
Make sure to look after you, animals can take a second seat. When you can manage it then look to them. I wouldn't be afraid to even ring the local vet nurse and see if she could do a favour and pop in for a bit. A nice friendly face could be just the pick me up you need and peace of mind for your furry babies will be good.
