Thanks Angela. It does help to get some feedback.
I've been doing a bit more research today and it looks like it doesn't work for everyone (reducing hot flushes). I've decided to go to see a Naturopath who is quite well known for being very good. I thought I might see what they suggest and then run everything past my oncologist before I decide.
It's all very confusing! I would love to have my old self back...but chemo is that gift that keeps on giving!! Anyway, we'll see what the Naturopath says.....stay tuned :)
