maybe check around and ask many questions - I just lucked onto both the groups and I thank my lucky stars every day. The Gold Coast can be very superficial but these ladies that run this type of ting are absolutely a godsend, There is probably some organisation that does this in every state but unless you now someone who goes its hard to connect... Good luck. :)
