Fustrated

Same for me - after two surgeries, went to Oncology appointment Jan 8th expecting to told all about radiation treatments - instead I was told your margins still aren't clear and you need a mastectomy with immediate reconstruction.  Bugger!  Have had meeting with plastic surgeon this week, decided to have both off & reconstructed same time.  This is scheduled for Feb 10th. 

Do lots of research and whatever your decision is - it will be easier.  (well, that's my theory anyway)

Oh you poor darl,you've had the goalposts moved on you.Good luck with surgery- a mastectomy recovery is same as for a lumpectomy.I've had both. We are here if you need any info or support.Big hug, Tonya xx
