Further treatment

I saw the oncologist and radiotherapy oncologist (not sure if thats the right term) - I am to have my 3rd dose of chemo next tuesday. My last chemo is then scheduled for 17th June. It looks like I will be starting radiotherapy on the 7th july for 16 treatments. Its good to be looking at treatment being completed by the end of July, then on to tamoxifen. It felt good to be talking about the radiotherapy. and it will be good to have it finished - then mid august we have a holiday booked for bali. who knew how good the timing of that was at the time we booked. Will be restful and wonderful to have a holiday then. 

HOpefully the next 2 doses will be similar to the last 2 - I am able to function and continue working full time except for a few sick days.

    I was wondering how you were going - glad to hear you are going well with the radiation and the tamoxifen. I have my last chemo on the 17th june - looking forward to that. the oncologist did say this time I will probably be more tired. I feel tired today as I have done 5 full days at work. but that keeps my busy. at least its the weekend. really excited my treatment should be over by bali and will need the rest and spoiling.
