FOW!!! Hope I'm still feeling this way when I get there

Hi,

I received my diagnosis last Friday & signed up for FOW over the weekend.

So far I have raised $120 from my facebook friends & family.

At the moment whilst I know I have a cancerous lump that will be removed next week and thus I still have a long journey to go through I am hoping that I will still feel well enough to attend on the day.  The way I look at FOW is that it gives me something to look forward too.

I have a 9yr old stepson, 6yr old daughter & 6mth old son that I still have to explain my journey too, and whilst I am in tears everyday over what is happening to me, I am trying to be strong for them.  Thus I'm hoping that I will have the strength to get there on the day.

I need something positive to keep me going and that is why I have decided to tackle the FOW fundraising this year.
