Found a lump.......
A few months ago I found a lump on my right breast, went to the doctors thinking oh it will be nothing but she found it right away without me telling her where it was. Was told to go for a mammogram...

Thanks for the reply, yes i am the same these days if in doubt get second opinion you cant be to slack with these things. I have to go today and hand in my mammogram and ultrasound slides to the breast surgeon, he is not back until next monday, but the lovely woman at reception phoned me to ask if i could drop them in and he can have a look at them when he gets back, that way if he thinks there is anything of the urgent nature he can arrange for me to come in right away. I have decided after doing a lot of reading that I really want the atypical cysts biopsied just to be on the safe side. To be honest my breasts have been uncomfortable for weeks now and I just want to get to the bottom of what is going on. It is probably menopause symptoms but better being safe than sorry.
