Found a lump.......
A few months ago I found a lump on my right breast, went to the doctors thinking oh it will be nothing but she found it right away without me telling her where it was. Was told to go for a mammogram...

Well went today to doctors for second opinion and felt a whole lot better after speaking to her. She looked at my test results and without me saying anymore she referred me to a breast surgeon for further investigation. She has said that as I do have a strong family history (got aunty who had breast cancer, sister who died of ovarian, uncle who died of bowel cancer and gran who died of breast cancer) that she wants to keep a very close eye on me. Unfortunately the breast surgeon she has referred me to does not have an appointment until middle of march but the lovely woman i spoke to today said that they will request a copy of my ultrasound and mammogram and should he feel he needs to see me earlier he will call me to rearrange.
Felt so much better after speaking to her and she told me that if i find any further lumps I have to go see her right away,
