Yes they did mammogram and ultrasound on the 'good' boob and also checked lymph nodes on both sides. The person doing the ultrasound did say that not everywhere does the ultrasound on the mastectomy side, so you might want to check about that. I was happy to have that extra check because of course there is always a little breast tissue still there even after a mastectomy.
I feel better just having had the scans and now am determined to have a great weekend. Apparently my husband has a surprise planned for me tomorrow, so this is a great distraction.
