Where did you have your surgery? I had mine at Charlie Gardiner and saw an O.T. who measured me and gave me an off the shelf sleeve and hand piece because I was to fly to and from my chemo treatment in Perth and home.
I did end up with Lymphodema fwhich I knew I had but took a while to get it diagnosed due to living in the country so I was finally diagnosed with it in the time between chemo and before radiotherapy.
I was fitted for a custom made sleeve after my diagnosis which took quite a number of weeks to arrive but you will be able to get an off the shelf one for when you are flying.
Your surgeon or breast nurses will be the best one to ask regarding how soon you can fly following surgery I should think.
