- SirrahMemberThanks primek it seems the most common alternative, will talk to the oncologist about it tomorrow. I am also considering not having any more chemo. I don't like the stats that chemo may be the cause of some secondary cancers.
- primekMemberIt was a chemo commonly given prior to taxol being common. My sister had metastatic bc and 5fU as they called it was used many times as side effects were tolerated well and it was very effective Hair loss of course was still one if them.
