It could be fluid, it could be a seroma. Once I got my persistent seroma under control and very little fluid remaining, it made it possible to feel there was a lump - I had a seroma within a seroma! Get it checked. Know exactly what you mean about Fridays - if it's not Fridays, it's Saturdays!!
