Hi @kpjm, after my mastectomy I developed a seroma & had it drained 6 times before it resolved but also had a staph infection which required 2 lots of antibiotics. My chemo was delayed because of this. Eventually all settled down. I think seromas can be quite common, hopefully yours is now settling down.
