Throughout this journey, you will have plenty of blah days, and add bipolar to the mix, and I am sure it is much more difficult. Just remember though, there are plenty of good days and lots of people who are always wanting to help:) Stay in touch on here and share your good and bad, and you will always find someone who understands.
