First FEC treatment today

Day 3 was very pleasant. Not sure if I overdid my Yoga Video yesterday. I was so distracted with anticipation of meeting a new bunch of ladies that I might have overlooked my Tired Body. My Google Bus Timetable has been replaced by an old fashioned Paper timetable. Strolled on the sand. Listened to the wonderful sound of the surf crashing on the beach. So many happy active families. So cathartic ! New friends! First time in such a long time I slept! Slept that bewitching time between 0230-0530. My followups phone call from IVy Suites was comforting. I am on track. I think the recent tender spot on the side of my tongue is from my recent tooth filling. Checking that out w my GP this morning. It's a tad time consuming - however- I recommend rinsing w Saltwater solution prior to eating, and after eating. I follow that up w Brushing w my baby toothbrush using Biotene. Flossing carefully. Then Biotene mouthwash and Biotene spray. At 0300, when the nauseous arrives due to being hungry - it feels a tad tiring going thru all the motions. However, it's my new way of life. Quick rinse, quick munch, then "quick" further mouth hygiene. It's 0500 in Perth. The wind has been whistling steadily most of the night. It's a comforting sound, echoing through the bathroom window , whilst tucked in snugly under covers, watching the city skyline. CCWA Exercise classes tonight at Leederville. Mire fun awaiting me.
