Well it finally happened - not of course without further little hiccups but it did happen! The oncologist and nurses are convinced that I've had all the bumps first up and all will be smooth from now...

That is great news. I emphasise with Louise about the driving though. It has been just on 3 weeks since my surgery and I hate to put my partner out to drive me everywhere. I can't work to get to my clients either - have to educate them about Skype!!!
I am waiting this week to see my oncologist for radiation and also another specialist for hormone treatment. So don't know what is happening there. Thanks for sharing the advice about expecting the worse and going with what ever happens. If my tummy can take the nerves, i will go with that too!!!
