I am finding it really hard to drink. I just gag on everything. I am not a milk drinker and have always had to watch my weight so I don't really want to go there.
I can drink a little iced water but not a lot. I am experimenting with broths and jellies as I can get a little of that down too. I didn't realise it would be so hard to drink.
