Hi all
Just got back from hospital after 1st chemo. Everything went well. The Ativan and the best nurse alleviated my needle phobia. No drama except for the little tearing at the beginning which was quickly resolved.
I even had my dietitian there for chat during chemo. Am now waiting for the ativan to wear off. It is making me a little sleepy.
Well, got to see what the next few days bring.

Spoken too soon. After lunch and rested, went for afternoon walk. Felt a little queasy so took 2 amoxolon. Was knocked out and went to bed without dinner.
This morning started ok. Went for morning walk then back for breakfast and dexathesome. Then off to the hospital for the neulasta jab. I did not like that but then I am a sook with needles. Apart from feeling a little sleepy, all is well so far.
Well, 1 down 5 more to go.
