Yes I am having reconstruction (silicone implant) at the same time as my mastecomy and they are also removing my lymph nodes too. All on the same day! Gonna be a big operation. Then I have to have more surgery to expand my implant. Should be off work for up to 3 months as I do alot of lifting etc in my job. My work have been great too. I have been going back in between tests etc for the last few months just whenever I felt up to it. No pressure at all and when I'm feeling like I'm ready to go back they will create a job for me that will suit my mobility and energy. Kinda annoying that this happened right now coz I was up for a promotion, but things happen for a reason. So fingers crossed, something better will be around the corner for me. However after all of this I'm thinking holiday then starting a family. I put too much energy and time into my job that I really dont like or get anything out of. I could just be feeling this way because of everything going on. But I feel like its a bit of a wake up call., Do what u love. Get something out of life. But then brain comes back on saying you need money !!! Must work!!! lol.....
