Had a stressful week last week...first a full bone scan as the Dr was worried about my aches and pains whcih have become quite bad. But all clear!!! No bone cancer, just quite significant osteo arthritis in my spine - that'll do it.
Stinky fish oil clothes!! How funy! thanks Louise and Di,....will let you know how I go with fish oil.

Well done on the clear scans! I am one year on from diagnosis too - doesn't time fly!
My husband takes fish oil for his joints. Apparently you need to take a lot for it to do any good though! He takes 12 capsules every day (as per his specialist's recommendation)!! I can't bear the things after he accidentally left some in his pocket and they went through the wash.....stinky clothes for ages, no matter how much I washed them!! Boy did he learn the hard way :)
