Finished chemo!!

Hi Ladies!

I had my final chemo on Monday - not sure how to feel yet though! It has been a long journey and it now feels like a way of life! I went to have my radiotherapy planning appointment the very next day . I start radiation on August 30th. My students are performing in the Sydney Opera HOuse next week so I am resting well this week so I can go with them. I told my oncologist he could end up seeing me on RPA!!!!

Anyway, hoping everyone is going well and staying positive. This forum has been a huge help to me = thank you ladies!!

    That's great news.  I hope you are resting up and not feeling too bad.  

    What have you decided about work?  Will you still just do 2 days?  I don't have to have radiotherapy but have heard it can be very tiring.

    Such great words to hear - I am one behind you Mel.

    I have done the Sydney Opera House with the children - they just love it so much.
