Well done on finishing chemo - and lucky for you not to need radio (I don't need it either).
As for tips on getting healthy - this is what I have done (Although I don't want to lose weight just yet as they are using my tummy tissue for my reconstruction in November).
- Drink heaps of water
- Lemon juice in hot water to start the day
- Lots of walking
- Learn to pace myself as I still get tired easily.
- Everything in moderation!
