I had my first chemo yesterday. AC. I was so relieved to start. When the nausea hit last night (light morning sickness) I was very frightened and panicked. But once it abated (after an hour! I am such a wimp), then the fear went too. Half the problem is the fear. I don't know anyway to get past the fear except getting it over and done with.
