That is a beautiful quote. Love your facebook page. I did something similar but made a private page for friends instead so I would not have to answer and send endless texts, which can in itself be quite distressing. You need to cry, to let it out. It is a tough journey, or whatever you may have chosen to call it. Glad you have woken with a smile on your face today. Just one day at a time:) xx
