Hi Debbie....sounds like your cancer is very similiar to mine although they did find microscopic cells in my sentinal node. I have been on tamoxifin now for about 7 weeks or so and have had 2 Zoladex injections. I really haven't had any side effects to speak of...I've had a few moments late at night when I feel warm but nothing horrible at all. I haven't had any periods since I started the drugs so I must be starting menopause but am just really lucky. The only noticeable thing I can say is that I feel slightly flat...not depressed but just a little bit less energetic that I normally am. I'm not sure if that's just because the whole cancer thing if finally settled mentally for me or it's the drugs but seriously it's not bad. I've also had the gene test and I'm soooo lucky mine has come back negative. I have a double masectomy/reconstruction planned for June - are you having reconstruction?
I hope you're as lucky as I have been and have relatively no side effects.
