Your hair will grow back fairly quickly but it will be some funny fluff stuff. I shaved this off and it made my new growth come through thick and lovely. A friend gave me this advice and I was thankful for it. Your poor body has been through a lot so it will be very tired. If you feel like sleeping in you do it. It does take a long time to get some energy back. I took about 6 months before I could even think about doing anything normal. Don't be too hard on yourself as it does take a long time to get your mojo back. Hide if you need to but if it becomes too big of a habit then maybe you will need to talk to a professional.
