Glad to hear your surgery has gone well but sorry that you are facing a long wait for reconstruction.
Unfortunately access to reconstruction surgery is an issue for many women with breast cancer right across rural and regional Australia, including Far North Queensland.
We suggest you contact your local member of the Queensland state parliament and bring the issue to their attention.
