FFS - Hopefully not round 2
Hey my lovely ladies - as much as I love u all I had hoped not to be posting here again but apparently not to be.
Went for my routine mammogram 2 years on from initial end of active treatment and ended up speaking to my surgeon yesterday about results.
Apparently there is some calcification in the remaining breast and after some Dr googling this could be nothing or indicative of DCIS - I had a lot of this In the right breast and I believe that because of the way it looks it could be suspicious but there can also be a large percentage that can be benign and quite normal post menopause.
Mammogram guided core biopsy today and 3 days for results - yippee - trying to stay positive and just take it one step at a time and trying to tell myself if I have to I can do it all again I can.
Keep all your fingers and toes crossed for me lovelies. I’ll post a pic of what I think is the spot they are worried about.

All the best for the biopsy today - hoping it is calcification. I had some necrotic tissue that caused me angst at the 1 year MG/US .... Fingers & toes and legs crossed for the best result. xxx

Lovely to hear from you but sux you need to be back. The joys of core biopsies and waiting for results huh?. 2020 is starting to require a refund I believe. Nobody likes their subscription to it
