Femara the terrible necessity

Hi and hullo having a quiet day so t thought my current status might be worth jotting down on this page Right arm measures -1 On scale next measurement 0 Currently on my second set of custom Aussie made right complete hand and arm glove and glove left hand only Currently still wearing inserts custom made at mater in bra which is berlie ultimate sports bra the one yu can put an mp3 player in Right boob now normal Left boob stil work to do but have reduced bra size from 18e to 18 dd but left boob does not fit as well as right yet Still work to do Regular weekly jacket treatment 20mins Daily once only massage by me Am able to not wear sleeves etc on arms once a week and not in evenings going out Am about to trial two days a week on limb no sleeves But still wear inserts in bra as its comfy both sides Result has been damn great in my view Also have introduced a guy I met in dog park to pressure suit leg area who has spent ten years with swollen leg he has now reduced swelling by 10cm Another woman her arm also greatly reduced It works it seems Have always had arthritis in hands since my fifties which now I wear arthritis gloves for at night and when I don't have sleeves on as I have found the lymphodaema sleeves have helped my hands as they are a left glove and right arm and glove sio tats been a double whammy My exercise routine has gone up a peg or two added at my home a light gym circuit with my normal original equipment about to get back in water that will be nice and still riding my bike to hospital twice a week and with dog three other times Loosing weight slowly and body starting to see a little just a little tone So the effort has been worth it Have had some hiccups with my ashma along way and am seeing a lung specialist at moment since radiation noticeable difficulties there but nothing major more about treatment he has put me on a drug called EES for a reasonable length of time getting better Still n femara all good Luck everyone
