I would love to get that DVD as well. How do I access it?
Don't get me wrong, even though I say those types of exercises work well for my back (which they do), I have been very slack this year. I think we have a good excuse though. It's just been too difficult to commit to anything. Hopefully next year I can get back into a routine build up my fitness again.
I am better each day. It's getting easier to get around - I still roll out of bed but manage getting up from the couch easily.
