Hi Lucy, I have been on Femara for 3 1/2 years, and also suffered from bilateral de Quervaines. It came about 1 year after starting Femara, and lasted a good 10 months. It was one of the most painful side effects. I did take fish oil and the green lipped mussel. I also went to a hand physio and wore splints. Mine was exacerbated with 2 house moves during the time, so I was unable to rest my wrists like I should. I still take fish oil and krill oil, and I have very few side effects now. Keep taking it, and with time your side effects should ease.
