Hi @Chea happy to chat and help if I can. I too had lumpectomy - lobular cancer deep on LHS 1.4cm tumour.Had a re- excision to get clear margins. Also sentinel node biopsy - 2 nodes 1 clear 1 microstasis. Then 16 rounds radiotherapy which went well.Am er+ so on hormone therapy - Letrozole 4 plus months and managing ok. I take on recommendation oncologist 1 Krill oil capsule and 2 Caltrate Bone nd Muscle Health daily - latter 1morning 1 night. By far and away best thing i’ve Done is daily 1 hour walk and have found can walk thru joint pain plus helps with my headspace staving off the occasional blues .and helps with my weight. Letrozole for me has nearly trebled my cholesterol- luckily low to start with - but not taking statins just low dose aspirin. I had osteoporosis before starting Letrozole and a fracture so have 6 monthly Prolia injections too .Two more things - YWCA has a fantastic free hydrotherapy course 8 weeks x 2 hours well worth it plus as osteoporosis is a worry with AIs like Letrozole The Bone Clinic and Griffith Uni been having great results with bone density with a specialty weights program.I can’t access it here but do light weights at a gentle Stretch and Balance class twice weekly. Finally , sorry so long winded meant to write this before but been a lot happening here with my family .PS Just thought I’d let you know have never been an exerciser but it really does help. Anyway by for now - keep in touch .XO
