Hi Brightspace. Thank you for your info. I will get some Biotin as my nails are much better but still have a tendency to break. My Caltrate includes Vitamin D or should I take a Vitamin D Supplement as well. ? I also have started Prolia Injections every 4 months. My hair is thinning as well, but I am managing with everything better now. Take Care :-) T
