Such a big problem. It is actually a bit controversial as to whether tiny amts of topical vaginal oestrogen are ok. Most onc's say it probably is but I'm too scared. I work as a cosmetic dr and I am considering trialling something novel on myself- it's used to rejuvenate the skin- using your own blood injected into the area. If it works it would be amazing but a lot of hassle but then so is atrophic vaginitis etc. Not sure tho that it would work for the urethra which is involved in atrophic vaginitis and UTI's.
