Hello Suzieq. I am sorry to hear you have had so many problems. I am not on Femara myself, but for the last 9 years I have been on Arimidex. I wanted to stop them because of the various side affects but when I saw my surgeon's offsider earlier this year and after she talked to an oncologist, it was decided that I should stay on them till my next appointment which is not until February 2015!! I have pain in my joints when walking and cannot walk far without considerable pain and I have to take Actonel Combi D which is medication to help my bones. Following a recent back x-ray, it was discovered I have a compression fracture in my T7 vertebrae which explains some of my back pain! There are various other things, but like you say, I guess we have to weigh up being fairly healthy or miserable and sick. I wish you good luck with everything.
