Would you believe I'd typed out a reply to you, then lost it, so I'll try again. BCNA ladies have been very helpful previously, but I guess because I'm not on the site very often, I tend to make mistakes!

Like you, I'm finding hand and finger pain and stiffness to be a nuisance and a bit embarrassing at times when I'lm trying to straighten my fingers because they sort of cramp and go stiff. As we said though, beats the alternative.
I keep myself busy and well occupied. Been playing table tennis for a good few months now and thoroughly enjoy it. Used to play many years ago. Also belong to a ukulele group and that's a lot of fun. I have other things as well, so don't have a lot of spare time, but that beats having nothing to do.
