This explains why I'm still on Arimidex at 9 years. I'll have been on it 10 years half-way through next year, so it will be interesting to see what the Dr recommends then. I think you're right Ilana in saying they'll suggest we should stay on it if it's keeping the cancer away. We'll wait and see.
I don't know about you, but I take Actonel EC Combi D to help my bones and have been taking it for a few years. It's a 7 day pack with 6 sachets which I place in water and when dissolved, drink it (like a fizzy drink). Then one day a week there's a special tablet to be taken and one has to be upright and not eat for half an hour. I still have pain though.
Good that we can talk about it.
