I am sorry to have taken so long to reply. I have heard from other ladies Tamoxifen is not too bad to take, so it may well be worth trying it to see if it is better for you. I have not heard of the Faslodex injections, but again, I think I would be giving it a try if the Drs have recommended it for you. I am still on Arimidex after 9 years and my surgeon's off-sider phoned me recently to advise she had had a meeting with an oncologist, who suggested I continue on the Arimidex - at least until my next appointment - which isn't until January 2015. You are right in that it is a long journey - but at least we are still 'travelling' on the journey.
